Due to filming for the Spiderman movie several streets in downtown Rochester may be closed when you are traveling to the Conference. Follow the Spiderman link to the City’s website for details. Then click on the Day to Day Street Closure Map for details of that day’s closures. The restrictions change day to day depending on the filming schedule. With the Spiderman movie still shooting in downtown Rochester we cannot provide directions that are sure to work as the street closures are changing daily (and sometimes twice a day). The directions provided below are those most likely to get you to the Hyatt & Rochester Riverside Convention Center (RRCC) without a problem. If the filming on the day that you arrive interferes these directions will at least get you close enough that someone dealing with traffic on the streets will be able to direct you the rest of the way.

If coming from the east on 490: Exit 490 at the Clinton/Downtown exit. Turn left onto E Broad St (at the third light). Turn right onto Stone St. You can enter the South Avenue Garage from Stone St

If coming from the west on 490: Exit 490 at the South Ave exit. (The South Ave exit will be immediately after crossing the river.) Stay to the right on the exit ramp and you will go directly onto South Ave. At the second light turn left onto Byron Street. (You will follow the sign for 15 North.) Turn left onto Clinton Street. Turn left onto E Broad Street, at the third light. Turn right onto Stone Street. You can enter the South Avenue Garage from Stone Street.

The South Avenue Garage is connected to the Hyatt. From the garage/Hyatt you can get to the Rochester Riverside Convention Center by either walking across South Avenue or via the Skyway (enclosed pedestrian bridge).
